You can update the AI Assistant knowledge base through Shopify’s Knowledge Base app.

To update the information:

  1. Open the Shopify Knowledge Base app.

  2. Add or edit your store information, FAQs, policies, and customer support content.

  3. Save the updated information.

  4. Custlo AI Customer Assistant will automatically detect the latest knowledge base data.

Keeping your knowledge base updated helps the AI Assistant provide better and more accurate responses to customers.
