Q. Can I disable the AI Assistant temporarily?

Yes, you can temporarily disable the AI Customer Assistant from the Custlo app.

To disable the AI Assistant:

1. Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.

2. Navigate to the Features tab.

3. Open the AI Customer Assistant feature.

4. Turn off the AI Assistant option.

5. Save the changes.

Once disabled, the AI Assistant will no longer be visible to customers in the customer account.

You can enable it again anytime from the same settings.
