Q. Why is the AI Assistant not responding?

There can be several reasons why the AI Customer Assistant is not responding properly.

Common reasons include:

  • The AI Assistant feature is not enabled.

  • The setup or configuration is incomplete.

  • The knowledge base does not contain relevant information.

  • Temporary loading or connection issues occurred.

  • The customer account page needs to be refreshed.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Open the Custlo app.

  2. Go to the Features tab.

  3. Open the AI Customer Assistant feature.

  4. Verify that the feature is enabled and properly configured.

  5. Update the knowledge base if required.
