Q. How do I disable the cashback feature?

You can disable the Cashback feature at any time from the Custlo app.

To disable cashback rewards:

1. Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.

2. Navigate to the Cashback section.

3. Disable the cashback program.

4. Save the changes.

Once disabled, customers will no longer earn new cashback rewards, and the cashback section will no longer be available in their customer account.

Previously earned cashback balances and transaction records will remain available unless they are manually removed according to your store's settings.

The Cashback feature is available only for Shopify's New Customer Accounts.
