This allows you to:

  • Add cashback rewards manually

  • Deduct cashback amounts

  • Correct balance discrepancies

  • Provide promotional cashback credits

  • Handle customer support adjustments

Any manual changes made to a customer's cashback balance will be reflected in their cashback information and transaction history.

This feature is available for Shopify's New Customer Accounts.
