Q. Why is the cashback section not showing in the customer account?

There can be several reasons why the cashback section is not appearing for customers.

Some common reasons include:

  • The Cashback feature is not enabled.

  • The cashback section has not been configured properly.

  • The customer is not logged into their account.

  • The customer is not eligible for the cashback program.

  • The customer account integration setup is incomplete.

  • No cashback rewards have been configured for the store.

Please review your cashback settings and customer account configuration to ensure everything is set up correctly.

The Cashback feature is available only for Shopify's New Customer Accounts. If your store is using legacy customer accounts, the cashback section will not be displayed.
