This guide will walk you through the entire process step-by-step. You don’t need any technical knowledge.

Before You Begin

You only need two things:

• An active Shopify store (any Shopify plan works)
• Access to your Shopify Admin login

💡 Good news: Even if your store is on a free Shopify trial, you can install Custlo right away.

Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Log in to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.

1. Look at the left sidebar menu

2. Click Apps

3. Click Shopify App Store

This will open the Shopify marketplace where you can install apps.

You can also open it directly in your browser: apps.shopify.com



Step 2: Search for Custlo

1. Use the search bar at the top

2. Type Custlo

3. Press Enter

You will see Custlo in the search results.

Click on the app to open the Custlo App Page.

On the Custlo app page, click the Install button.

This will begin the process of adding Custlo to your Shopify store.

This will take you to our demo store where you can explore the features and customer experience.

When you're ready, simply return and click Install.

Shopify will now show a permissions page.

This page explains what information Custlo can access in your store. This is a standard step for every Shopify app and ensures everything works properly.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

2. Click Install

That's it! Custlo will now be installed in your store.
