You can disconnect Klaviyo or Mailchimp anytime from the Custlo integration settings.
To disconnect an integration:
Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.
Go to Integrations & Partners.
Open the connected integration (Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
Disable or disconnect the integration.
Save the changes.
After disconnecting, Custlo will stop sending new customer data to that marketing platform.
