Q. Why are customer updates not appearing in Klaviyo?

If customer updates are not appearing in Klaviyo, it may be due to sync or configuration issues.

Common reasons include:

  • Klaviyo integration is not properly connected.

  • Customer data was not updated through Custlo fields.

  • The selected customer property is not mapped correctly.

  • Klaviyo has not refreshed the latest customer profile data.

  • API connection or permissions need to be checked.

To troubleshoot:

  1. Open Custlo → Integrations & Partners.

  2. Open the Klaviyo integration.

  3. Verify the connection status.

  4. Check the customer field configuration.

  5. Confirm the data is available in Klaviyo customer profiles.

Once the connection is properly configured, customer updates will sync with Klaviyo.
