Q. Why is the Klaviyo integration not working?

If the Klaviyo integration is not working, it may be due to an incorrect setup or connection issue.

Common reasons include:

  • Klaviyo API key is incorrect or expired.

  • Integration is not enabled in Custlo.

  • Required permissions are missing.

  • Customer data has not been collected through Custlo fields.

  • Sync process needs to be refreshed.

To troubleshoot:

  1. Open Custlo → Integrations & Partners.

  2. Open the Klaviyo integration.

  3. Verify the API key and integration status.

  4. Save the settings again.

  5. Check Klaviyo for incoming customer properties.
