Q. Can customers switch languages from the account page?

Customers can switch languages based on the language options and settings configured in your Shopify store.

Custlo displays translated content according to the language selected for the store/customer experience.

To manage available translations:

  1. Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.

  2. Navigate to the Features tab.

  3. Open the Translations feature.

  4. Select the available store language.

  5. Update the required translations manually.

  6. Save the changes.
