Q. Why are some texts not translating properly?

There can be several reasons why some texts are not translating properly in Custlo.

Common reasons include:

  • The translation for that specific text has not been added.

  • The selected language is not configured in your Shopify store.

  • Translation changes were not saved properly.

  • The page needs to be refreshed after updating translations.

  • Some content may still be using the default language text.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Open the Custlo app.

  2. Go to the Features tab.

  3. Open the Translations feature.

  4. Check the selected language.

  5. Verify and update the missing translations.

  6. Save the changes.
