Q. How do I delete a custom profile field in Custlo?

You can delete a custom profile field directly from the Profile Setup feature.

To delete a profile field:

1. Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.

2. Navigate to the Features tab.

3. Open the Profile Setup feature.

4. Locate the field you want to remove.

5. Click the Delete option for that field.

6. Confirm the deletion and save the changes.

Once deleted, the field will no longer appear in the customer profile section.

Please note that deleting a field is permanent and may remove the associated data from future customer profile updates.
