There can be several reasons why profile changes are not being saved properly.
Some common reasons include:
Required information for the field is incomplete.
The profile field configuration is incorrect.
The Shopify customer metafield connection is not working properly.
Changes were not submitted successfully.
To resolve the issue:
Refresh the customer account page.
Check the Profile Setup configuration in Custlo.
Verify that the metafield setup is correct.
Try saving the changes again.
