Q. Why is the profile section not showing in the customer account?

There can be several reasons why the Profile section is not appearing in the customer account.

Some common reasons include:

  • The Profile Setup feature is not enabled in the Custlo app.

  • Profile fields have not been configured or saved properly.

  • The customer account integration is not active or properly connected.

  • The store is not using Shopify’s New Customer Accounts.

  • Changes have not been published or synced after setup.

To resolve the issue, please ensure that the Profile Setup feature is enabled, fields are created, and the configuration is saved properly.
