Q. How do I set up the customer profile section in Custlo?

You can set up the customer profile section from the Custlo app.

To configure the profile section:

1. Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.

2. Navigate to the Features tab.

3. Open the Profile Setup feature.

4. Click on Add New Field.

5. Select field type:

   • Custom Field → to create a new manual input field for customers

   • Metafield Field → to connect the field with Shopify customer metafields

6. Configure the field label, validation, and settings.

7. Save the changes.

Once configured, customers can view and update their profile information from their customer account.
