Q. Can I create dropdown menus in navigation?

No, currently Custlo Menu Builder does not support creating dropdown or nested navigation menus.
You can customize the customer account navigation by managing:
Navigation item names
Navigation order
Custom pages
External links
Product links
Visibility of menu items
Dropdown menu functionality is not available at this time.
