Q. Why are navigation changes not saving?

There can be several reasons why changes made in the navigation menu are not being saved properly.
Some common reasons include:
Changes were not saved after updating the menu.
The navigation item configuration is incomplete.
The selected page, link, or product is not properly assigned.
Temporary app or browser issues occurred.
The customer account page has not refreshed after saving changes.
To resolve the issue:
Open the Custlo app.
Go to Features → Menu Builder.
Review your navigation settings.
Make sure all required fields are completed.
Save the changes and refresh the customer account page.
If the issue continues, our support team can help review the Menu Builder configuration.
