Q. Why is a navigation tab not showing?

There can be several reasons why a navigation tab is not appearing in the customer account menu.
Some common reasons include:
The navigation item is not enabled in the Menu Builder.
Changes were not saved after adding or updating the tab.
The tab link or page configuration is incomplete.
The customer account page does not support the selected navigation item.
The customer is viewing an old cached version of the account page.
The navigation setup is incomplete.
To resolve the issue:
Open the Custlo app.
Go to Features → Menu Builder.
Verify that the navigation item is active and properly configured.
Save the changes and refresh the customer account page.
This feature works with Shopify's New Customer Accounts.
