Q. How do I disable the order edit feature?

You can disable the Order Edit feature at any time from the Custlo app.

To disable order editing:

1. Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.

2. Navigate to the Features tab.

3. Open the Order Edit feature.

4. Disable the Order Edit option.

5. Save the changes.

Once disabled, customers will no longer see the Order Edit option in their customer account, and no new order edit requests can be submitted.

Previously submitted requests and order changes will remain unaffected.
