Yes, Custlo allows you to control which orders can be edited by configuring eligibility rules within the Order Edit feature.

You can restrict order editing based on conditions such as:

• Order fulfillment status

• Order age or edit time window

• Specific order criteria configured in the feature settings

This gives merchants greater control over which orders customers can modify after purchase.

Only orders that meet the configured requirements will display the Order Edit option in the customer account.
