Yes, Custlo supports order cancellation requests through the Order Edit feature.
When enabled, customers can submit a cancellation request directly from their customer account for eligible orders.
The ability to request a cancellation may depend on:
Order fulfillment status
Store configuration
Configured cancellation rules
Shopify limitations
Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel the order. The final cancellation process and approval workflow depend on the store's settings and order management process.
