Yes, customers can update product quantities after placing an order if the order is still eligible for editing.
When the Order Edit feature is enabled, customers may be able to:
Increase product quantities
Decrease product quantities
Remove products by reducing quantities where applicable
Quantity changes are only available for orders that meet the configured editing requirements and have not exceeded any applicable editing restrictions.
Once an order has been fulfilled or is no longer eligible for editing, customers will not be able to modify product quantities.
