Q. Why is the order edit button not showing?

There can be several reasons why the Order Edit button is not appearing for customers.

Some common reasons include:

  • The Order Edit feature is not enabled in Custlo.

  • The order has already been fulfilled.

  • The order is not eligible for editing based on the configured rules.

  • The customer is not logged into their account.

  • The order edit time window has expired.

  • The customer account integration setup is incomplete.

Customers will only see the Order Edit button for orders that meet all configured requirements and are still eligible for modification.
