Q. How do customers edit their orders using Custlo?

Customers can edit their orders directly from their customer account when the Order Edit feature is enabled.

To enable and configure order editing:

  1. Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.

  2. Navigate to the Features tab.

  3. Open the Order Edit feature.

  4. Configure the editing options according to your requirements.

  5. Save the settings.

Once enabled, customers can log in to their account, open an eligible order, and use the Edit Order option to make permitted changes.
