Q. Why are some order details missing from the invoice?

If certain order details are missing from an invoice, the issue is usually related to the invoice template or invoice provider configuration.

Some common reasons include:

  • The invoice template is not configured to display specific order information.

  • Custom order data is not supported by the invoice template.

  • Customer or order metafields are not included in the invoice design.

  • The invoice provider is not receiving the required data.

  • The order information was added after the invoice was generated.

Since Custlo displays invoices generated by your connected invoice provider, the available information on the invoice depends on the provider's template and configuration.

If required, you may need to update the invoice template to include the missing order details.
