Yes, customers can download invoices directly from their customer account page when the Invoice Download feature is enabled.

A download invoice button will be displayed alongside eligible orders, allowing customers to access their invoices without contacting the store administrator.

This helps customers:

• Download invoices anytime

• Access order documentation easily

• Keep records for accounting and tax purposes

For Shopify’s New Customer Accounts, the invoice download option will be available within the order details page where invoice downloads are supported.
