Q. How do I create a form using Custlo Form Builder?

You can easily create a custom form directly from the Custlo app dashboard.

To create a form:

1. Open the Custlo app from your Shopify admin.

2. Navigate to the Features tab.

3. Open the Form Builder feature.

4. Click on Create New Form.

5. Add the required fields such as text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, file upload fields, etc.

6. Configure field settings like required or optional fields.

7. Save the form once the setup is completed.

After saving, the form can be displayed inside the customer account area and connected with customer metafields based on your requirements.
